Salmón de Chile Burgers
(Makes 6 servings)

Ingredients:
• 500 grs of Salmón de Chile skinless fillet
• 250 grs of crackers
• 1/2 chopped red pepper
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
• Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation:
1. Grind the crackers and set aside.
2. Mix the salmon in a food processor and add the red pepper, onion, parsley, mayonnaise and egg.
3. Mix well and add lemon juice and half the ground crackers. Salt and pepper.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Mold the salmon hamburgers to a medium size and pass them through the rest of the crackers.
6. Grease an oven tray and cook the salmon hamburgers at 200ºC for 15 minutes until brown.
7. Serve immediately with salad or in a sandwich.

Note: these hamburgers can be cooked in the oven or the grill.
