Ingredients:
• 400 grs of Salmón de Chile fillet, cut into strips
• 1 pizza dough, family size
• 200 grs of fresh Mozzarella, cut into small pieces
• 3 tbsp of tomato passata or chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 tsp of dry oregano
• 1 cup of cooked hearts of artichokes, cut into 4
• 1/2 red pepper cut in julienne
• 8 fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
1. For the dough: 300 grs of flour, 1 tsp of brewer´s yeast, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of oil and 180 cc of warm water.
2. Mix the flour with the yeast in a bowl and add salt and oil. Then, slowly add the warm water.
3. Form a soft and elastic dough bolus.
4. Amass the dough and stretch it out on a working table until it is 1 cm thick and of 30 cm diameter.
5. Sprinkle flour on the dough and set aside for 8 minutes.
6. Then cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
7. Take out of the oven and fill with all the ingredients.
8. Cover the pizza dough with tomato passata, sprinkle with oregano and add olive oil.
9. Cover the pizza with Mozzarella cheese.
10. Add the artichokes and distribute the peppers and salmon fillets.
11. Heat in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 200ºC.
12. Once the oven is hot, cook the pizza for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
13. Take from the oven and sprinkle with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
